ECU Chequers Volleyball Club is a dynamic, friendly club that has a long history in the WA Volleyball Community.

Established in 1986, we are one of the oldest of a handful of volleyball clubs in the Perth Metropolitan area that compete in the Western Australian Volleyball League (WAVL). Men and women of all levels and ages are invited to join us in this healthy and exciting sporting pursuit of competitive indoor volleyball. We are a Volleyball WA affiliated club full of passionate, dedicated volunteers. Our goals include fostering and encouraging Volleyball in our community for all ages and levels.

ECU Chequers has accredited coaches, referees and administrators within the club and is a competitive and respected affiliate of the volleyball fraternity. As well as developing Juniors, we also have an interest in masters volleyball. We are also affiliated with a number of metropolitan schools who share our passion and support of volleyball.

Whilst we like to work hard, we also offer a range of social activities throughout the year so you can get to know your fellow club members away from the volleyball court!
